The Company was formed by Mr.Yashwantrao Dadaso Bhandigare and Dr. Deshpande, an eminent expert in Agriculture. What he had at the time of inception was vision and dedication. The tedious and less fruitful process of traditional 'Go and visit' , 'visit and decide' laid emphasize one sidedly. It needed wise back-up of contemporary as well as futuristic solutions. It was during this period that, the fact came to know. It was observed that the deficiency of secondary elements was big problem and without the fulfilment, the mere addition of micronutrients was of no use.
